With more than seven years of consulting and executive coaching experience, Heather has worked with a variety of leading organizations including Bain & Company, Lucasfilm, the Sloan Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Oracle, Genentech, Walmart.com, Yahoo and Point B Solutions Group. Previously, Heather held senior marketing positions with growing companies and organizations in the U.S. and abroad. She served as Director of Marketing for Schoolpop, Inc., a marketing loyalty company, and Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc., a coffee wholesaler and retailer, where over a five-year period she contributed to successive annual growth rates of 20%. A native of Toronto, Canada, Heather holds a B.A. from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. Rebecca was previously an Associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and later worked as a Vice President at Robertson Stephens, where she ran training and development for over 300 investment banking professionals. Jordan Stark has over thirteen years of experience specializing in executive and leadership development and has coached CEO's, executives and their teams in the U.S. and Europe. Juliet has extensive professional experience in market research as well as coaching and counseling. She has worked with private-sector companies including Amgen, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Hanes, as well as several major nonprofit organizations. Her projects have included developing training programs; interviewing and assessing market trends in the healthcare and consumer sectors; and developing and interpreting quantitative surveys. Juliet was previously a highly successful senior manager at Telephia, a fast-growing and innovative start-up in the wireless sector. Before transitioning her interpersonal, research and consulting skills into business, Juliette was a staff researcher at the UCSF Department of Psychiatry, and held management positions in several mental health organizations. Juliet graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Psychology and earned Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, California.
Shannon works with individuals, teams and organizations in a variety of industries. She has coached clients ranging from CEO's and senior managers to students at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her clients have included professionals at Xerox, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Mercer Management Consulting, Wachovia, Leap Frog, and SAP. She is also an experienced speaker and workshop leader. Committed to empowering members of her communities, Shannon currently sits on the alumni board of the Yale School of Management Alumni Board as well as the Association of Women MBAs of the Bay Area. She is a devoted community volunteer and avid world traveler. Shannon holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS from Northwestern University. Luke has led a variety of workshops on the intergenerational issues that affect organizations with respect to recruiting, retention, and succession of talented individuals. He is experienced in delivering interactive presentations in both live and online formats. Luke's previous professional experiences include serving as a partner in a boutique search firm, developing learning curriculum for emerging technology firms, conducting sales and marketing for enterprise software companies, and owning and running a publishing company. He is the author of The Book of Goals: Achievements, Plans, and Dreams of a Lifetime, which has sold more than 100,000 copies. Luke graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in International Relations. His coaching certification is from New Ventures West.
With more than ten years of management consulting experience, he has worked with industry leaders such as Cisco, Wells Fargo, Barclay's Global Investors, U.C. Berkeley, Statoil, Comcast, and IBM. Jonathan was a Principal with The Trium Group, a boutique strategy and leadership consulting firm in San Francisco. Earlier, Jonathan was a managing consultant for Towers Perrin's strategy and organization consulting group. Before earning an MBA, Jonathan worked for Public Citizen, a policy and advocacy organization in Washington, D.C. There he specialized in energy-related issues. He supports local non-profit organizations through pro-bono consulting and donations. Jonathan has lived and worked in Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, India, France, Norway and England. He holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA with honors from U.C. Berkeley. He also teaches and speaks on leadership development and strategy execution issues.
Linda has coached senior executives and high-potential managers from leading technology, financial services, and nonprofit organizations on achieving both professional effectiveness and personal satisfaction. Recent projects developing a coaching, transition and performance management strategy for the Hewlett Foundation, creating and delivering customized learning workshops for one of Silicon Valley's leading design innovation firms, and coaching a variety of executives around creating greater success and fulfillment in their careers. Previously, Linda served as the head of Human Resources for Financial Engines, Inc., an asset management and online investment advice firm founded by Nobel Laureate Bill Sharpe, in which capacity she managed recruitment, onboarding, training, organizational development and performance management. Prior to that, she worked at both Netscape and Hewlett Packard in Human Resources functions, and at Cornerstone Research as an analyst. A native of California, Linda holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Her coaching training is from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also a graduate of CTI's Co-Active Leadership Program.

Her clients have included Sony Pictures Entertainment, Citibank, Raytheon, Deloitte Consulting, Agilent Technologies, Healthnet, Inc., O'Neil Industries, Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, California Association of Realtors, Make a Wish Foundation, and the Braille Institute. Melissa previously worked as a consultant with the Human Capital Solutions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Melissa recently published a book, Invisible Bridges: Building Professional Relationships for Results. She has been quoted by Fortune Magazine and was featured in a front-page article in the Career Section of the Los Angeles Times. Melissa has served on the Board of Professionals in Human Resources Association, Women in Organization Development, and the Anderson School of Management Alumni Association. Melissa earned an MBA from UCLA and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified executive coach with Lore International Institute, is an affiliate with the Ken Blanchard company, and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute.
Previously, Deb was an Executive Recruiter in the Technology Practice with Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search firm. Earlier she was a Management Consultant with Bain & Company, in Boston and London, advising clients on strategic initiatives. Deb started her career with the U.S. National Security Agency as a Cryptologic Mathematician. In the Boston community, Deb serves on the Board of the Esplanade Association, and volunteers with the Boston Public Library. A native of Philadelphia, PA, Deb holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania. Deb is an Adjunct Coach with the Center for Creative leadership, and is certified in the Center's suite of developmental assessments.

In her coaching engagements she has helped clients navigate critical junctures in business development, achieve personal and professional transitions, and improve management and leadership skills Sharon worked for many years as an investment banker, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Development. She was a member of the Corporate Finance Departments of both Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. For the past 15 years, her business focus has been on directly investing in and advising early-stage companies in a variety of industries through her investment company, Dauk/Wagner Investments, LLC. Sharon has been a long-distance triathlete for nearly 30 years, and a competitive equestrian for more than a decade. She is an active member of the Advisory Council of Cornell University's Entrepreneurship@Cornell Program and is featured on eClips, Cornell's video clip collection on entrepreneurship, business and leadership. She continues to be an advisor to several early-stage companies. Sharon holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. from the University of Southern California. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorTM (MBTITM). Her coaching training is from Columbia University's Coaching Certification Program.
Shari has worked with leaders in international development, health, philanthropy, advocacy, market research, technology and publishing. Clients have included the World Bank, Charney Research, Demos, SHARE and the Carnegie Corporation. Her prior professional experiences include building a leadership think tank at the National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership (CLAL) where she created and delivered leadership development seminars for business, government, academic, religious and community leaders. Her book, Politics Without a Past, is about leadership and change in post-communist Eastern Europe. Shari has international experience in Central Europe and Eurasia, is fluent in Russian and Hebrew and has studied French, Slovak and Polish. She served as a professor of international relations at Wellesley College. Shari holds a Ph.D from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Cornell University. Shari received professional certification in executive and organizational coaching from NYU and has also been trained in scenario planning and in conflict resolution and mediation.
Kimberly's experience spans more than 15 years in human resources and consulting positions in a variety of industries. In her tenure as Vice President of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group, she advised executives, managers and employees on all aspects of their working lives while also overseeing all HR functions of the firm, including strategy, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. She was also responsible for the human capital aspects of the merger of four companies that resulted in the creation of the firm. Previously, she worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Global Human Resources Services practice. Kimberly is a member of the Board of Directors of the Women's MBA Network of Philadelphia. She is currently writing a book about the careers and lives of women 10 to 15 years out of the top MBA programs.
