Jill Fahlgren

Principal

An experienced coach, speaker, trainer, and facilitator, Jill Fahlgren specializes in career strategy and management, career transition, and leadership for professionals and executives across industries. Jill is passionate about helping people increase their self-awareness and leadership skills to continue to grow, learn, and adapt to meet greater obstacles and opportunities. She partners with her clients to help them live and lead with intention..

Jill’s clients include leaders, from emerging to executive, in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, in companies ranging from start-ups to global corporations. In addition to coaching individuals 1:1, she facilitates in-person and virtual workshops, group coaching, and events. Jill is energized by supporting professionals who are committed to achieving positive impact and outcomes to develop their capacity as people, professionals, and leaders.

Jill earned a BA in Sociology and Mathematics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. In her previous roles as a consultant and technology services leader, she worked on business transformation projects in Europe and the Philippines. Her past experience includes turning around a non-profit organization dedicated to administering funding for research to benefit U.S. military veterans.

A Chicago native, Jill enjoys traveling to experience other parts of the world, though she is always happy to return to her home city. In addition to her other hobbies, Jill loves watching her favorite sports teams—the Chicago Cubs and the Northwestern Wildcats.
