Jordan challenges leaders to look deeply at themselves, their businesses, and their teams, and helps them create breakthrough strategies for growth that stick.

Jordan has over twenty-eight years of experience coaching CEOs, executives, and their teams in the United States and Europe. She is known for her perceptiveness, on-target insights and ability to speak the truth to leaders at all levels. She is especially skilled at helping leaders unlock unproductive ways of thinking and leading to make lasting changes in their impact. Jordan also has particular experience working with new CEOs, helping them navigate board relationships and the challenge of leadership at the top. She also leads board evaluations, helping boards work productively and collegially to provide effective strategic oversight.

Jordan graduated summa cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley in psychology and earned a masters degree in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Hertfordshire in England. Prior to becoming a Partner at NSP fifteen years ago, she worked in London as a director at Nicholson McBride and operated her own consulting practice in the Bay Area for several years.

She lives in Berkeley with her husband and teenage sons.
