Jordan has nearly twenty-five years of experience coaching CEO’s and executives. She is known for her perceptiveness, on-target insights and ability to speak the truth to leaders at all levels. She is especially skilled at helping leaders unlock unproductive ways of thinking and leading to make lasting changes in their approach and impact. She also works with leaders to manage their energy and resilience so that they can be at their best over the long-term. Jordan has particular experience working with new CEOs, helping them navigate board relationships and the challenge of leadership at the top. She leads board evaluations, helping boards work productively and collegially to provide effective strategic oversight. Jordan graduated summa cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley in psychology and earned a masters degree in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Hertfordshire in England. Prior to becoming a Partner at NSP over ten years ago, she worked in London as a director at Nicholson McBride and operated her own consulting practice in the Bay Area for several years. Jordan lives in Berkeley with her husband and two sons. A lifelong learner, she receives a daily education from her teenagers and from the stacks of books she is constantly working through. When not working or with her family, Jordan can be found playing music.
