Lisa’s strategy for working with organizations is informed by two decades of witnessing people move through change and carefully observing what makes them thrive. In that time, she has delivered over 2,000 workshops, research presentations, and keynote speeches on leadership development and organizational change across the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. Lisa uses her keen sense for discovery to craft and deliver targeted experiences that create lasting change. She specializes in working with executive audiences and uses the Harvard case method and other experiential teaching and coaching techniques in order to explore and expand leadership perspective and performance. Her coaching practice focuses on C-suite and Mid-level leaders who desire to elevate their effectiveness, presence, and growth through specialized one-on-one interaction that addresses both “vertical” and “horizontal” growth. Lisa was most recently an Executive Leadership Advisor and Faculty Member at The Advisory Board Company, a Washington DC based research, technology and consulting firm. Her role included teaching, speaking, coaching, consulting, and field testing emerging leadership concepts. She also served as a Faculty member for the ABC Fellowship, an 18-month accelerated MBA-style leader development experience that equips high potential leaders to run organizations of the future. Lisa completed her Coaching training at Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and mastered the Art and Craft of Discussion Leadership through Harvard’s Case Method Teaching Seminar. She is constantly scanning the leadership horizon for the latest thinking in the field. You can usually find her in one of three places: outdoors exploring the Bay Area’s natural beauty, in the kitchen cooking from scratch or on the computer plotting her next International adventure.
