Loren coaches executives and leaders who are highly engaged in their work and who aspire to enhance their leadership effectiveness and performance. She also leverages her expertise in leadership development and action learning to facilitate large-scale management and leadership development programs that drive individual, team and business performance.

Loren has 16 years of leadership development and business experience. Her prior experience includes launching several leadership development and coaching programs for executive-track MBAs at Columbia Business School, leading all training and development for North America at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and heading leadership development at New-York Presbyterian Hospital.

Loren is certified in a wide range of leadership assessment tools and coaching methodologies, so she is able to tailor her approach to each engagement. She also has extensive training in adult learning and a background in psychology, which contribute to her effectiveness in helping leaders enhance their self-awareness, create a purposeful vision and take intentional action. Clients have praised Loren for her approachability, sense of humor, pragmatic style and ability to effectively guide them to create concrete steps for achieving their goals.

Loren earned an MSW with High Honors from SUNY at Stony Brook and lives just outside of New York City with her husband.
