Language drives behavior. Leaders lead not only with their words, but also in the way that they show up and the manner in which they engage those around them. Natalie Shelpuk coaches executives who want to make a greater impact through their professional presence, who want to improve their influencing abilities, and who want to ensure that what they say, how they sound, and how they are perceived by others get the results their organizations need. Natalie’s coaching experience includes working with leaders in the pharmaceutical sector, biotechnology, financial services, international development, higher education, government, and media. Her previous work experience includes senior communications roles at Dun & Bradstreet, Corning and Covance, in which capacities she led strategic communications, internal branding and change management initiatives.
