Natalie Guillen

Principal

Natalie Guillen is an executive coach with impactful global business experience helping companies including Google, PayPal, and Wells Fargo to define and strategically align their goals for greater results.

Natalie leverages her business experience, education, and coaching skills to ignite people, teams, and organizations to play big. As a fierce, forward-thinking Latina female, Natalie is particularly passionate about supporting women and underrepresented minorities to find more fulfillment in their careers by leading with courage, confidence, and authenticity.

Having walked in the shoes of her clients, she understands the business context well, from managing up, down, across, and worldwide, and across functions, industries, and operating stages, from start-ups to mature companies.

Her expertise is in strategic leadership, building high performing teams, and career transition. Her clients range from the high potential individual contributor to the C-level executive and company founders.

Natalie has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and co-active coaching training from The Co-Active Training Institute.

She lives in California with her husband and daughter and enjoys a good workout, traveling and deep connections.
