Bronia is most in her element when challenging and supporting clients to realize their wholeness and potential. With an approach best described as grounded and empathic, Bronia builds rapport and trust to identify how best to serve clients as they navigate leadership challenges and career transitions. She also loves facilitating strategic planning sessions and designing/delivering custom workshops.
Since 2010, Bronia has coached clients around the world across multiple verticals and functional areas. Prior to coaching, Bronia held a sequence of positions with First Republic Bank — spanning relationship management, business planning and digital product management. She also helped establish an office for an independent brokerage firm in Singapore. Being bilingual and having lived and worked in the U.K., Singapore and in the U.S., Bronia brings an international perspective to her work with a strong appreciation for various cultures.
Bronia actively supports and works with organizations that focus on social equity and collective liberation. Bronia lives in Marin County, CA, where she revels in the natural beauty of the area through hiking, paddle boarding and trail running.
