Jeaneen Schmidt

Principal

A gifted Executive Coach and Facilitator, Jeaneen serves executives who are committed to realizing and achieving their deepest potential. She guides individual leaders and their teams to transform and grow from the inside out for the sake of thriving in all ways. (Happiness, Achievement, Significance and Legacy being the top four.) Her work spans private coaching, offsite retreats and trainings for individuals and teams.

Jeaneen’s areas of expertise include leadership for high potentials, executive development, communication, executive presence, conflict management and assimilation. Her industry experience includes Technology, Philanthropic Foundations, Financial Services, Public Utilities and Health Care.

Jeaneen has worked as a Conscious Business Facilitator for LinkedIn and serves on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute.

Prior to coaching, Jeaneen spent 15 years as a leader and executive, building businesses and motivating employees to create success for themselves and their organizations. She held the positions of Vice President-National Sales and Area Vice President for the second largest financial staffing company in the US with over 100 international offices. Her responsibilities included design, strategy and implementation of the organization’s first national sales function and the successful startup, leadership, management and growth of a multiple-office region, achieving record sales.
