Jennifer Whitcomb

Principal

For over two decades, Jennifer has partnered with senior leaders and C-suite executives worldwide to elevate leadership impact, accelerate transitions, and drive organizational performance. She is recognized for helping leaders achieve their goals, navigate complex change, and strengthen both team dynamics and working relationships.

Jennifer’s coaching approach centers on enhancing executive presence, fostering clarity, and empowering leaders to bring their best selves forward especially when facing high-stakes challenges. She is known for creating a space of meaningful dialogue that sparks insight and drives decisive action. By serving as a candid and supportive mirror, Jennifer helps leaders heighten their self-awareness, refine their communication and leadership styles, and confidently step into their roles with authenticity and purpose.

Jennifer holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation and completed her training with the Coaches Training Institute and Newfield Network. She has served as Co-director of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and as Director of its Organization Development Certificate Program. Her academic background includes an M.A. in Human Resource Development from Marymount University and a B.A. in Psychology from York University.

Outside of coaching, Jennifer is a pickleball player, beach walker. and crafts award-winning jam. Inspired by time in nature and at the beach, Jennifer brings a spirit of curiosity and creativity to all she does.
