Mauri Schwartz is a leading figure in the San Francisco Bay Area career coaching and recruiting community. She has spent the past 10 years in both recruiting and career development, including extensive experience in resume and LinkedIn profile preparation and career transition coaching services. Based on her many years working with hiring managers and human resources, she clearly understands how to best present oneself to a prospective employer and stand out amongst other candidates.

Previously, Mauri established and managed recruiting departments for start- up firms as a consulting Director of Recruitment. Previously she specialized in Information Technology as a Recruiter/Account Manager with PRISM Group.

Mauri received an MBA from Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley and graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a BS in mathematics.

Mauri is very involved in advocating for good government and devotes a significant amount of her free time to working on behalf of political candidates and issues that further this commitment. She is an avid baseball fan, and especially San Francisco Giants fan, and enjoys the fact that she can see the Willie Mays statue from her window. She loves to swim and enjoys the outdoors.
