Dileepan has coached dozens of founders backed by top investment firms including a16z, Bain Capital Ventures and Y Combinator and executives at fast growth tech companies including Meta (Facebook), Netflix and PayPal.

Dileepan Siva is a former tech executive, startup founder and CRO turned coach. He helped build and scale sales and marketing teams at three venture-backed startups (all of which were acquired) and also served as a senior business development executive at X (formerly Twitter) and eBay.

Dileepan earned a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His did his coaching training with the Co-Active Training Institute as well as Conscious Leadership Group.
