Bonnie is a Master Certified Coach with more than 3,000 hours of coaching experience. She has a 30-year track record of catalyzing strategic change and producing results in companies and organizations. She regularly engages with company founders, C-suite executives, and emerging leaders that are ready to raise the bar, working at both the individual and team levels. She also has a specialty interest in coaching leaders in the health profession, including physician leaders.

Bonnie’s background includes decades of experience managing people and processes in a broad range of industries, as well as development and implementation of strategy. Her clients have included Kaiser Permanente, Google, Clorox and Genentech. In addition, for the past thirteen years, she has taught hundreds of students and professionals in the capacity of adjunct instructor and leadership coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

With an undergraduate degree in Classics and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Bonnie brings inquiry, rigor and discipline to bear in her client relationships. She integrates life experiences as a leader, competitive athlete, mother, volunteer, adventurer, learning junkie, change catalyst and human being in her work.
