Academy Awards of Learning

Considered the “Academy Awards” of the Learning and Development industry, the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards are held annually.

Each entry is evaluated by an international panel and awards were based on the following criteria: fit to need, overall design, functionality, innovation and measurable benefits. The Leading in a Global Enterprise program earned a Silver award for the best Leadership Development program in the category of Talent Management.

Past winners include Bank of America, Nielsen, Merck, Grant Thornton LLP, Abbott, and PwC.
