Inspiration
“Doesn’t everything die at last, and too soon?  Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” – Mary Oliver

Awareness of what we stand for, our habitual patterns of thinking and acting, and our impact on others is the foundation for increasing effectiveness.  Dina helps leaders gain personal insight, clarify and expand their thinking, and enhance their impact so they can take their leadership and careers to the next level of success.

Working with high potential talent up to C-level executives, Dina is highly skilled at helping her clients address their most pressing challenges and enhance their effectiveness – at the individual, team and organizational levels.   Clients appreciate her pragmatism, supportive but direct style, and ability to help them unlock new ways of thinking and leading that enable positive lasting changes in their approach and impact.

Dina brings real-world experience as an executive and an appreciation of its intense pressures to her coaching work.  Prior to becoming an executive coach, Dina served as EVP of a boutique private equity firm and affiliated international leasing company which grew sales 15x during her tenure. Previously she led a 70+ person Account Management organization as well as four specialized professional services organizations for a leading digital marketing agency.  Prior to that Dina worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

A lifelong learner, Dina holds an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, and has a stack of books on her bedside table that only grows.  Dina is especially fascinated by and publishes articles that illuminate the intersection of leadership, communication and neuroscience.

An East Coast native, Dina now happily calls the Bay Area home.  In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids, exploring new places near and far, skiing, and enjoying great food and wine with friends.
