Change happens through awareness, vision, and action. Hanna brings both inspiration and pragmatism to engage her clients in creating their own environments for positive change. She has a gift for cutting to the heart of the matter with compassion, humor and rigor, marrying creativity with meaningful goal-setting.
Hanna focuses on executive coaching, career transition, and team facilitation. Equally at home in a scaling startup or a large, mature organization, Hanna particularly enjoys working with women leaders, technical people, and introverts.
Hanna graduated cum laude from Yale College with a B.A. in philosophy and holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She clerked for Hon. Bernard J. Barrow on the Virginia Court of Appeals and practiced law at several private firms, including Davis, Polk & Wardwell in New York. She has served as a community mediator and has been a member of the boards of several non- profits.
Hanna lives in San Francisco with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. They enjoy adventuring in the Bay Area, the Sierras, or near any body of water, including recently getting SCUBA certified together. She loves to cycle, read, and cook. Her thoughts on leadership and career are featured on Forbes.com and she is a periodic contributor of Perspectives on KQED, San Francisco’s NPR station.
