The Golden Gate Bridge, the power of relationships, her two boys
Heather coaches executives and leaders whose work is truly impactful in their respective fields. She is inspired by clients who are passionate about their work and have a desire to become even more effective in bringing their visions to fruition.

For 15 years, Heather has worked with leaders to identify their strengths, along with the behaviors and assumptions that hold them back, in order to increase their ability to lead in high stakes, complex environments. She balances a strategic mindset with pragmatism.

Heather is certified in a wide range of leadership assessment and coaching methodologies, which allow her to customize her approach to the unique needs of the leader and of the organization. Central to her approach is building relationships that are more respectful, trusting, and mutually beneficial. Heather is currently working with leaders at Apple, Axiom, Bridgespan, ClimateWorks, CASA, Clorox, GIPartners, SFMOMA, The Hewlett Foundation, The Packard Foundation, and Walmart.

After receiving an MBA from the Yale School of Management, Heather held senior marketing positions in growing organizations in the United States and abroad, including Peet’s Coffee and Tea, and was a cofounder of Net Impact, an international nonprofit organization.

A native of Canada, Heather lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two sons. She brings laughter and thoughtfulness to all she does, and she never tires of the beauty of the Golden Gate Bridge.
