OUR PEOPLE

Hyeon-Ju Rho

Principal

Leadership, with all its outward-facing responsibilities, ultimately leads us inward. When we understand who we are, we can make our highest contribution. When we embrace all we are – both light and shadow – we bring wholeness to ourselves and our organizations.

Navigating this inner terrain is not always easy. Hyeon-Ju creates a learning environment that is both safe and courageous. Her clients have space to be honest, think and imagine freely, face the things that are hard to confront alone, and ultimately find their way to their best work. Clients leave their engagements with Hyeon-Ju more comfortable in their own skin, more confident in their authentic way of leading, and experiencing an ease that flows from the inside-out.

Hyeon-Ju’s approach is holistic. In addition to more traditional cognitive and mindset-based approaches, she is certified in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based methodology for healing trauma. She has also received training in energy-based approaches to shifting long-standing behavioral patterns through Nicholas Janni’s Transformational Coaching Program and the Leadership Circle’s Unity Academy.

Hyeon-Ju lives in Los Angeles with her husband and teenage kids, and is also the unexpected mom of two cats and a dog. She loves time in nature and moments of genuine connection.
