Jennifer Chow Bevan is an executive and leadership coach dedicated to helping professionals align their work with their values and purpose, scale as leaders, and bring their authentic selves into their careers. Jennifer has coached leaders from a diverse range of industries including technology, management consulting, entertainment, consumer goods, healthcare, non-profit, and creative agencies.
With over 15 years of business experience in diverse industries and functions, Jennifer brings to her coaching a unique combination of analytical thinking, keen intuition and curiosity – creating a deeply empathetic and concretely strategic approach in guiding leaders and their teams. Jennifer is intensely committed to addressing issues of diversity and inclusion in executive leadership, empowering women and minority leaders to strengthen and exercise their leadership abilities.
Previously, Jennifer served as a career coach and lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Management, partnering with MBA students on all aspects of career development. Jennifer’s business experience includes roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, management consulting at A.T. Kearney, and Bain & Co, and brand management at Neutrogena Corporation where she led cross-functional teams to launch over 7 new skin care products.
Jennifer holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T., and an MBA from the Wharton School. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation and is a certified Leadership Circle practitioner.
A native Bostonian, Jennifer lives in sunny Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
