Juliet has over 18 years of experience and specializes in executive and career transition coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and training. With a unique background in business and psychology, Juliet works with individuals and teams to better manage system dynamics and communication that underlie work.

Juliet has delivered individual coaching engagements, group coaching programs, and leadership retreats. She has also conducted workshops using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Hogan Assessments for groups and teams.

Prior to her work in executive coaching, Juliet was a senior manager of strategic accounts and product development at Telephia, a startup in the wireless sector. There, she helped build a highly successful client services department which generated 20MM in two years. Telephia was highly successful and later acquired by The Nielsen Company.

A native of Southern California, Juliet and her family found their way to San Francisco several years ago and haven’t looked back. She lives with her husband and two sons in Berkeley, and she loves to travel.
