Margaret is passionate about elevating the conscious practice of leadership by equipping leaders with the creative capacity to drive results and effectively navigate an increasingly complex business landscape.
With 30 years of human capital leadership experience, Margaret has a track record of successfully supporting people on their paths to leadership. She has worked both with individual executives and with teams. She is known for her careful listening, compassionate directness and a constant eye on actionable efforts that can lead to positive outcomes.
Most recently she spent 18 years at McKinsey & Company, and previously held positions for 12 years at Procter & Gamble and Eli Lilly & Company. She has held roles in brand management, human resources, human capital management, leadership and diversity. She is certified in a variety of psychometric instruments and has worked across multiple industries.
She graduated salutatorian from the School of Business at Howard University. Her coaching training is from Georgetown’s Leadership Transformation Coaching program.
Margaret lives in Washington, DC. When she’s not working with clients, she spends time studying mindfulness approaches and teaching Yin Yoga.
