Leadership is about bringing one’s whole self to the table when creating action with other people. When we fully show up, others are naturally invited to do the same.
Michael has been an executive coach and trainer since 2006. He has helped hundreds of leaders and teams get out of their own way by enabling them to develop greater self-awareness and to consciously practice more effective behaviors so that they can create a bigger impact and experience greater satisfaction in their work and life.
Based on his 15 years of management experience, Michael understands the intense personal and organizational demands that successful executives must meet on a daily basis. Prior to his career as an executive coach, Michael led teams in the media/ advertising, consumer marketing, and design industries, at companies including Ogilvy & Mather, The Clorox Company, and frog Design.
Along with his deep experience in leadership and team coaching, one of Michael’s core areas of focus is productivity. He developed this expertise during his previous role as a Senior Coach for David Allen, widely considered to be the productivity guru of this era.
Michael lives in San Rafael, CA with his wife and has two kids who are in the process of flying the coop.
