Cigdem previously held EVP and CFO/COO positions at Wells Fargo. She has worked with leaders in Fortune 100 companies, tech, healthcare, academia and non-profits. In addition to her passion for people and commitment to excellence, Cigdem brings sharp business acumen, emotional intelligence, communication and analytical skills to all of her work.

Throughout her career, she has embodied teamwork and collaboration. She is an expert in driving organizational change while fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and communication, and has extensive international experience leading global teams.

Cigdem is also a Wharton Executive MBA program coach. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, a BS in Economics from Harvard University and a patent in analytic methodologies. She received her coaching training from New Ventures West and holds a PCC designation. She is also a certified Team Coach, and holds multiple leadership assessment certifications.
She is a Board Director of the Bank of Marin (NASDAQ: BMRC), and serves on the Board of KALW. She previously served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the SF-Marin Food Bank.
