An executive coach and facilitator, Deb works with clients around the world to manage challenges more capably — including leading through change, creating strategic visions, communicating confidently, and inspiring and engaging teams and organizations to achieve goals. Her approach layers applied neuroscience with leadership practices and step-wise, measurable action planning. Known for her positive energy and strengths-based approach, Deb’s clients appreciate her unique ability to carefully listen, quickly reframe, and hone in on the heart of the matter. Recent clients include Genentech, Healthwise, Forma Therapeutics, and New York- Presbyterian Hospital.
Deb graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College with an A.B. in Psychology and earned an MD from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She previously founded a healthcare writing business.
The creator and host of the podcast “In the Right Direction,” Deb lives outside of Boston with her family and loves hearing about new beaches to visit.
