She earned a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. She previously held leadership roles at a top global consulting firm, as well as start-up technology firms. As Executive Director, she turned around a non-profit organization that administers research funding to benefit U.S. military veterans.

A Chicago native, Jill loves traveling to experience other parts of the world. Closer to home, she enjoys the outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and watching her favorite sports teams, the Chicago Cubs and Northwestern Wildcats.
