Kully Jaswal

Principal

Kully is an executive coach who helps individuals maximize their drive, resilience and performance both in work and life. She has combined her business experience with her coaching skills to deliver individual coaching assignments and lead group workshops in the areas of Executive Coaching, Mindfulness, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Personal Resilience. Her clientele includes senior managers and executives in the financial services, consumer, pharmaceutical and professional services industries.

Kully brings to her work 15 years of business experience in London and across Europe specializing in risk management and operational reviews. Kully was a Director for Deloitte UK and worked with a variety of clients and projects in multiple sectors. In addition to her external client work, Kully served as Talent Director where she was responsible for coaching, training and recruitment. Kully was the internal coach at Deloitte where she delivered coaching and training programs for Senior Managers and others, focused on both leadership development and career development.

Her warm approach is underpinned by her desire for honesty and transparency at all times, a conviction to stand up for what she believes in and, most importantly, a commitment to having fun along the way.
