OUR PEOPLE

Laura Bunch

Principal

Laura works with thoughtful, high-performing professionals at moments of growth, transition, or increased complexity. She helps leaders step back from their habitual ways of thinking and operating, clarify what matters most, and move forward with confidence and intention.

Laura brings over 20 years of leadership experience across technology and higher education, including 15 years at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she led alumni career development and coached hundreds of leaders through periods of change. Through this work, she developed a deep appreciation for how easily capable professionals can become constrained by the very strategies that once helped them succeed, and how powerful it can be to slow down, reflect, and recalibrate.

Clients describe Laura as grounded, discerning, and remarkably attuned. Her coaching blends reflective, depth-oriented inquiry with practical structure, helping clients understand the deeper patters shaping how they think, decide, and lead. This awareness creates space for clearer decisions, more intentional action, and leadership that feels both effective and sustainable. Her own pivot from corporate leadership to coaching informs her belief that meaningful change is possible at any stage.

Laura earned a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and draws on tools including the Enneagram, the Leadership Circle Profile, and CliftonStrengths. After decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, she now lives in Denver, Colorado, where she finds balance and joy outdoors with her husband and two teenage sons.
