OUR PEOPLE

Sarah Stamboulie

Principal

Sarah believes the practice of considering the other’s perspective is the foundation of successful leadership. As both a coach and human resources executive, she has utilized this skill while helping organizations improve their leadership capacity for more than 20 years. Sarah’s depth of business knowledge, direct communication style, and sense of humor help her connect with skeptics as well as fans of leadership coaching and training.

An experienced group facilitator, Sarah led over 200 in-person group and team workshops.

After receiving her MBA from Columbia Business School, Sarah joined Nortel Networks’ human resources leadership development program, and eventually headed human resources at Morgan Stanley Trust Company and Cantor Fitzgerald. She later ran alumni career services for Columbia Business School.

Sarah currently lives in New York City with her partner and dog Teddy. A late bloomer as an athlete, she regularly attends gymnastics classes and is an aspiring extreme skier. Sarah does a great deal of pro bono coaching and fundraises for the AIDSWALK each year.
