Kimberly has devoted her career to helping organizations and their leaders go from better to best. With over 25 years of experience as a coach, senior human resources leader, and management consultant, Kimberly applies tools from across the fields of adult development, conscious leadership, and positive psychology to help leaders and their teams achieve great results. Her clients come from the Legal, Tech, Financial and other Professional Services, and Nonprofit sectors.

She currently sits on the boards of the Philadelphia Outward Bound School and the Forum of Executive Women Foundation.
