In her coaching practice, Nikki draws on her extensive experience as a racial equity facilitator and leader involved in strategic planning, change management, and partnership development across public and private sectors.
Before embarking on her coaching career, Nikki spearheaded advocacy and community engagement at KIPP Public Schools and began her professional journey in the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs.
Nikki holds a BA in Psychology from Spelman College, an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an M.Ed. from the Broad Center (now Yale School of Management). Nikki received her International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification from Blooming Willow.
