Knowing who you are and what really matters to you is at the heart of leadership. Linda helps clients to thrive both personally and professionally by bringing more of who they are to their work.
Linda specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and career transition, working with both individuals and teams. She helps clients to examine what really drives them, become more aware of their impact, and choose their responses from a expanded range of possibilities. She recently conducted a leadership development coaching program for The Packard Foundation. Her clients also include Google, Bain, Davis Polk & Wardwell, and The Hewlett Foundation.
Previously, Linda served as the head of Human Resources for Financial Engines, Inc., a firm founded by Nobel Laureate Bill Sharpe to provide affordable, high-quality retirement investment advice to everyone. She has also held HR roles at Virtual Law Partners, Netscape and Hewlett Packard, and was an analyst at Cornerstone Research.
Linda earned a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA in Quantitative Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. She lives in Woodside with her husband and daughter. She is a regular swimmer and loves to brave the Pacific, or any other really cold water.
