Life! Travel with her grown children.
Olga’s clients frequently grapple with how to navigate change and difference in a complex global environment. She is naturally drawn to these questions because she has lived them. She was born in the former Soviet Union to Chinese parents, grew up and was educated in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), came to the U.S. for graduate school after the beginning of Glasnost, and has worked for two decades in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Her goal as a coach is to empower her clients with the structure and the tools to thrive in complex environments.
Olga has coached individual leaders all over the world, from managers to C-level executives, and has a specialty in working with multicultural teams within organizations. Her clients have included the World Bank Group, United Nations Foundation, Deutsche Telekom, and Bankgeselschaft Berlin. She has worked with clients in English, German and Russian. Prior to entering into coaching and cross-cultural development, Olga worked in a variety of economic analysis positions at the International Monetary Fund and Creditanstalt International Advisers.
She holds a BA in Economics and Cultural Anthropology from the Leningrad State University and an MBA in International Business and Finance from the George Washington University. She has served as an instructor at the International Coach Academy.
Olga has recently relocated from Berlin to New York City. Her two children are currently attending universities in the U.K.
