Madelyn Sierra is an executive coach and leadership development consultant who helps executives and their teams improve their business results.

Madelyn’s business experience includes management positions in healthcare, corporate education, real estate development, financial services and management consulting. She launched and managed Harvard Business Publishing’s virtual leadership development program, designing and delivering programs to more than 1000 global executives within a three-year period.

Madelyn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. She lives in New York City where she enjoys theatre, museums and long walks exploring the city.
